bonsilage at the International Silage Conference 2025
Strong Scientific Presence and Global Collaboration
The bonsilage team made a remarkable impact at the International Silage Conference (ISC) 2025 in Florida, showcasing its leading role in silage innovation and research. With 11 scientific poster contributions and additional 8 posters in close collaboration with university research groups, our presence at ISC underlined the importance of science-driven solutions in forage preservation and animal nutrition.
11 Poster Presentations Covering Key Topics in Silage Research
Our poster topics ranged from the selection of new species of lactic acid bacteria, especially those suitable for higher temperature conditions, to the effects of the newest generation of silage inoculants on fermentation dynamics at very wet and dry matter contents, as well as protein quality. These contributions not only highlight the innovative strength of bonsilage but also reinforce our commitment to supporting sustainable and efficient farming practices. Strong On-Site Representation by the bonsilage Team
Our R&D teams from Germany and Austria were actively engaged throughout the conference, participating in scientific exchange and representing bonsilage in discussions with researchers and industry partners from around the world. Their expertise helped strengthen our global network and further our mission of advancing forage solutions based on science.

Successful Farm Visit Rounding Off the Event
The ISC 2025 experience concluded with an impressive bonsilage farm visit, during which participants had the opportunity to witness the practical applications of silage technology in real-life conditions. This hands-on experience brought the science to life and sparked engaging conversations around implementation and farm-level benefits.
Events like these demonstrate our commitment to bridging the gap between research and practice, ensuring that our solutions deliver both in the lab and on the farm.
Thanks to all the organizers of the ISC!
